The Blades had gone ahead through a controversial Darius Henderson goal but the Blues struck back through Jon Walters, Grant Leadbitter and Gareth McAuley, before Henderson pulled one back and Morgan equalised. |

A Kevin Nolan hat-trick and a freekick from Ryan Taylor condemned Town to a 4-0 home defeat to Newcastle United on the day the North Stand was rechristened the Sir Bobby Robson Stand in honour of the clubs’ former manager. Three goals in four minutes around the half hour all but settled the game. |

The Blues took the lead in the opening minute via Grant Leadbitter, one of three home debutants, but Forest sub Robert Earnshaw hit back in the second half immediately after coming on, while Gareth McAuley was red-carded close to the end for a professional foul. |
